cancellation policy

Draft – applies from the start of the paid offer and will be reviewed by a lawyer beforehand. It applies to the shortlist, the pre-purchase review (including where the shortlist price is offset) and the package. The free model suggestion is not a contract; a separate policy will follow for the search companion as soon as it is offered.

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of cancellation.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (WE SUCCESS Consulting GmbH, Wachaustr. 11, 70469 Stuttgart, e-mail: info@we-success.de), by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail), of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees because of this repayment.

Early expiry of the right of cancellation

Your right of cancellation expires early if we have begun preparing and providing the reports after you have

• expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the cancellation period expires,
• confirmed your knowledge that by your consent you lose your right of cancellation upon commencement of performance, and
• we have provided you with confirmation of the contract including this consent and acknowledgement by e-mail.

For the package, the right of cancellation expires only for the pre-purchase reviews that we have already begun preparing. If you cancel the package within the cancellation period, we will refund one third of the package price for each pre-purchase review not yet redeemed.
